2. The guest is expected to keep the apartment in good condition at all times.
3. Every guest is required to register at the security desk and produce identification documents.
4. Payment is UPFRONT for the period of stay.
5. Towels and linens should NOT be used to cleans shoes and remove make up. Badly soiled linens will be charged.
6. Guests are encouraged to use the house slippers provided and avoid shoes inside the house especially on the carpet.
7. Guests are expected to maintain peace and quiet at the premises, and being mindful of other residents in the building. Parties and loud music are NOT allowed especially at night.
8. NO DRUGS,contraband items or illegal activities of any nature are allowed in the residence. Guests will be held personally liable for any breaches and actions in contravention of the law.
9. Guests will be held liable for any damages and breakages during their stay.
