- Check In time: 12.00pm – Check Out Time: 10.00am. Late check-out will be billable at 50% of the daily rate, unless agreed upon in advance.
- Cancellations made more than 2 days prior to the check-in date are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit paid. No show or booking cancellations made within 2 days to the check-in date or after checking in are not eligible for a refund.
- Each Cottage holds a maximum of 10 pax, inclusive of adults and children. Any extra persons lodged above this number (Adults or children) during one’s stay will be charged an additional KES 2,500 pp per night.
- Guests are responsible for their own housekeeping, however general housekeeping by management, including change of towels and bed linen will be done after every 2 days. Non-scheduled House Keeping can be requested at an extra fee of KES 1,000.
- Laundry Services can be arranged at an extra fee.
- Guests are liable for any loss, breakages or damage to the apartment, its content, fittings and equipment. Moving or re-arranging items from the cottages is prohibited.
- No Smoking inside the cottages.
- No loud noises and disturbance of other residents and guests.
- No drugs, violence, contraband or illegal activities allowed.
- Guests are responsible for their own safety, health and well-being. Management is not liable or responsible for any accidents or injuries occurring during ones stay. No Insurance cover is provided.
- Management may recommend third party service providers from time to time; however, management is not liable for the quality of service provided. Guests are responsible for third party service provider engagements and agreements.
- Management reserves the right of admission and may cancel booking for breach of the house rules, without the option of a refund.
