1. We are located in a very quiet neighborhood and require no loud noise or music at anytime. 2. Non-smoking property. Outside smoking permitted minimum 10ft from property. 3. Electric BBQ must be unplugged after every use. 4. Laundry facility to be used for light laundry only. Please use the laundry soap provided and follow directions for use. 5. HVAC split system in the back yard is not to be used as a table or other storage. 6. Prior to check out, please make sure all the kitchen utensils and dish-ware that have been used on your stay are washed and left on provided dish rack for drying. 7. Additional guest fee $25 per day and must be approved by host prior to check-in.
