- Check-in time is from 12.00pm and check-out time is 10.00am. 50% of the daily rate will be billable for late check-out unless pre-agreed.
- No drugs, violence, contraband items or illegal activities of any nature are allowed in the residence. Guests will be held personally liable for any breaches and actions in contravention of the law.
- Be mindful of other residents. Behaviour that is disruptive and causing disturbances to other residents is not permitted.
- General cleanliness, housekeeping and laundry are the guest’s responsibility however the same services can be provided at an extra fee.
- Guests are liable for any breakages or damages to the residence’s contents which will be billable on or before checking out.
- Housekeeping and change of bed linen, towels and toiletries will be done after every 2 days for long stays.
- The management respects every guest’s privacy however reserves the right to inspect the residence occasionally during ones stay.
- Management is not liable or responsible for any accidents or injuries occurring during ones stay. No personal accident insurance cover is provided and guests are wholly responsible for their own safety, health and well being.
- All outstanding amounts must be cleared before checking out.
- Management reserves the right of admission and bookings cancelled for breach of the terms and conditions are not eligible for a refund.
